Conference Information
When is the conference?
It will be held from Thursday 6 September 2012, 8pm, till Saturday 8 September 2012, 5.30 pm.
Where is the conference held?
The conference venue is at Covenant EFC (Woodlands) at 90, Woodlands Drive 16
How do I get to the Conference Venue?
During the conference, shuttle buses will be provided from the MRT station to the conference venue and vice versa, before and after the conference. Detailed information will be given in your confirmation package.

How can I sign up?
IDMC Conference 2012 is sold-out and registration has closed. If you would like to be put on the waiting list, you can email register@idmc.org.sg. Please include your name & email address, and if there are any seats that become available, we will send you an email. Please understand that registration is given on a first-come first-served basis, and that the conference may fill-up more than one year in advance within days or even within hours of opening the registration. IDMC 2012 was sold out within 60 mins after registration opened!
What is the closing date for registration?
IDMC Conference 2012 is sold-out and registration has closed.
Can I do a walk-in registration?
IDMC Conference 2012 is sold-out, registration is closed, and therefore walk-in registration is not allowed.
How will I know that my registration is successful?
Your registration is confirmed once we receive both your registration form and payment, and we will send written confirmation via email to you within six weeks. However, if the conference is already full at the time we receive your registration, we will inform you as soon as possible. Update: Registration is FULL.
About children
What is the minimum age requirement for attending the IDMC Conference?
The minimum age requirement for IDMC Conference registration is 17 years old.
Can I bring my children with me to the Conference?
The conference will be fully packed and unable to provide any facilities for children or any child care services. As a result, children are strictly NOT allowed in the conference and are strictly NOT allowed on-premises during the conference. Any parent(s) with children will be asked to leave the premises.
Refund Policy
Can I get a refund if I cannot attend the conference?
Fees paid are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your registration to the person of your choice by submitting his/her details to the Registrar before 30 June 2012.
How can I do a transfer if I cannot attend the conference?
Submit your transferee’s details to the Registrar at info@idmc.org.sg, before 31 July 2012. After 31 July, transfers can be made by having your substitute come to the registration enquiry booth on the day of the conference with:
a) registration form filled with his/her particulars
b) your confirmation letter
c) your nametag
