Conference fees cover seminar materials, attendance at all teaching sessions, tea breaks and lunch.
Registration
Registration closes on 31 July 2008 . For information on how to register after 31 July 2008, click here.
Refund / Transfer Policy
Fees paid are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your registration to the person of your choice by submitting his/her details to Sharon Fong before 30 June 2008.
After 30 June, transfers can be made by having your substitute come to the registration enquiry booth on the day of the conference with
a) registration form filled with his/her particulars
b) your confirmation letter
c) your nametag
