DR GEOFF GORSUCH was called to the Navigators out of the Vietnam War where he served as a combat pilot. In the USA, he was instrumental in the rise of the Promise Keepers Men’s Movement as well as the formation of the National Coalition of Men's Ministries. Currently residing in Singapore, Geoff is the Executive Director of Men’s Ministry with the Navigators and also advisor to Men-in-Covenant, the men’s ministry of Covenant Evangelical Free Church. Despite his credentials, he is no stranger to failure, which has resulted in a ministry of sharing with others the comfort and perspective he has himself received from God.

ELDER BARNEY LAU is the Director of Operations in Covenant Evangelical Free Church and Zone Mentor of the North Zone. A dynamic and visionary leader, he has served on the Covenant Board since 2002. In the course of his life, career and ministry, he has had to make and execute many difficult decisions, not the least of which was to answer the call to enter into full-time church ministry which came while he was the Managing Director of Microsoft Singapore.

He graduated from Rutgers University, New Jersey, in Computer Science and is married to Jessie, with whom he has three lovely children, Isabelle, Russell and Allyson.

REV. TONY YEO serves as the Deputy Senior Pastor of Covenant Evangelical Free Church and the Lead Pastor of Covenant EFC (Woodlands). Besides supervising several ministries within the church, he also serves as the General Secretary of the Evangelical Fellowship of Singapore (EFOS). Tony is a people-centered, principle-focused and purpose-driven leader, with a track record of proven management and leadership gifts.

As a beneficiary of mentoring, he has a passion for leadership development through disciplemaking and mentoring, and is intentionally mentoring leaders both within and outside of Covenant EFC. A graduate with Honours from Singapore Bible College, and Tyndale Seminary in spiritual formation, he is married to Choy Mei and they have two sons, Timothy and Noah.

REV. TAN KAY KIONG is the Lead Pastor of Covenant Evangelical Free Church (Bukit Panjang). Currently, he supervises the Children, Mandarin/Dialect and Family Life Ministries in the church. He is also in charge of the Men-in-Covenant ministry. On the national level, he also serves on the Love Singapore Board as a committee member. A gifted shepherd and counsellor, he also mentors both individuals and couples. With his numerous responsibilities, he is no stranger to stress, but has consistently demonstrated grace under pressure.

Kay Kiong graduated from Singapore Bible College with a Bachelor of Theology, and has a Diploma in Family Life Education from Edith Cowan University, Perth. He has been married to Diana for 20 years, and they have two teenage daughters, Hilda and Hazel.

REV. DR. CHUA CHUNG KAI is an Associate Pastor of Covenant Evangelical Free Church, serving on the Senior Pastor’s Office team and overseeing the Prayer Ministry, Central Zone, Young Adults and New Life Community Services in the church. A brilliant and insightful student and expositor of the Word, he has a gift of explaining complex ideas in the simplest ways.

A medical doctor by training, Chung Kai graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1989. He subsequently graduated with a Masters Degree from the Singapore Bible College in the year 2000 and was ordained in 2004. He is married to Tina and they have three children, John, Joel and Joanne.

PASTOR ANN CHAN ministers actively alongside her husband, Rev. Edmund Chan, the Senior Pastor of Covenant Evangelical Free Church and serves as an Associate Pastor in the Senior Pastor’s Office team. A gifted leader and teacher, she has pioneered many of Covenant EFC’s ministries, including the Women-In-Covenant ministry. No stranger to pain and suffering herself, she has been an empathetic and wise counselor to many who have approached her over her years of ministry.

An educator by training, Ann graduated with a Master of Arts degree in Christian Education (with honours) from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in 1994. She has also mentored, preached and taught in Hong Kong, Australia, America and London. She and Edmund have two daughters, Amanda and Belicia.
