- How much does a ticket cost?
Tickets are priced at $250 per ticket. Full-time National Servicemen and full-time students will be able to purchase a ticket at $48. For more information, please refer to https://www.idmc.org.sg/#registration - Is there still early bird pricing?
Unfortunately, the early bird period is over, and we only have regular priced tickets at $250 or $48 (for full-time National Servicemen & students) for now. - Is there group discount available?
Yes! Group discount applies for purchase of 10 tickets or more. A 20% discount will be automatically applied upon check-out. - Will I be able to purchase tickets at the door on the day of the conference?
Limited walk-in tickets may be available on conference days at $400 each. However, this is subject to availability. We strongly encourage you to purchase your tickets in advance! - What will I receive after I register for the conference?
All registrants will be issued with both a conference pass and a lanyard before the conference. These will be given out during registration on day(s) of conference. Please ensure that you bring along both items for access on both days of the conference. - Will I still be able to pick up my conference pass and lanyard on the day of the conference?
Yes, pickup on the day itself will be possible. Please look out for the Registration desk when you arrive at the conference hall.Registration starts at 7.30am. We encourage you to arrive early to avoid the queue and be on time for the sessions.
For both days, you will need to register for Workshop Track 2 – please collect the appropriate stickers for access during registration. Workshop Track 1 will be in Hall 1 and will be the default access for all delegates.
- Will I be receiving a conference pack and/or a printed workbook?
As part of our efforts in ensuring a more sustainable conference, we will not be providing a conference pack nor printing the conference workbook. Instead, the e-workbook will be made available for download via the IDMC Conference 2024 website www.idmc.org.sg at least two weeks prior to the conference. We strongly encourage all attendees to bring your own writing materials to the conference.
- How do I gain entry to the conference on the day itself?
Registrants will only be able to enter the conference hall and workshops via the IDMC Conference 2024 lanyard AND conference pass. Please ensure that you always have them visible during the duration of the conference. - Will I be able to leave the conference and re-enter again?
You will be able to reenter the conference as long as you have both your IDMC Conference 2024 lanyard and conference pass. - Are children allowed in the conference?
Unfortunately, babies, infants and children under the age of 12 are strictly not allowed in the conference, even if a ticket has been purchased on their behalf. Do note that refunds are strictly not allowed for tickets purchased erroneously for children below the age of 12. - What should I bring to the conference?
- Lanyard AND conference pass (this is mandatory for entry)
- A small carry bag
- Writing materials/ device(s)
- Self-printed conference workbook, if needed
- Personal water bottle. Water refill stations are available at the conference site
- Pullover as it might get cold in the conference hall/ workshop
- Will I be receiving a conference pack and/or a printed workbook?

There is no strict dress code for the conference. However, do wear something comfortable but modest. And don’t forget something to keep yourself warm, just in case! - What are the F&B options near the conference site?

- Is there a possibility I could be refused entry?
If the need ensues, the IDMC Conference organising team & volunteers reserve the right to check the identification of any delegates and registrants at any point during the conference.
IDMC Conference 2024 organising team & volunteers reserve the right to refuse entry to or remove any person from the conference. This includes, but is not limited to the following circumstances:- ticket is damaged, defaced, forged or copied;
- the presence of the person is considered to be detrimental to or compromises the safety of the individual and others at the conference
- person is deemed to be disorderly and/or intoxicated;
- persons wearing or displaying commercial, political or other offensive signage or logos;
- entry to the conference or an area prohibited to general delegates within the conference was unauthorised or obtained illegally;
- persons who refuse to be inspected or submit their identification or belongings for inspection;
- person who throws any projectile/ item prohibited by the conference;
- person is found to be smoking within the conference, unless it is a designated smoking area;
- person who has breached the any of the above
Do note that no refund or compensation will be made under any of the above circumstances. IDMC Conference 2024 organising team & volunteers reserve the right to issue a banning notice which prohibits entry to the conference for a specified period.
IDMC Conference 2024 organising team & volunteers will refuse entry or remove from the conference any person who has been issued with a banning notice- Entry into the back of stage and program centre is strictly prohibited for general delegates. Delegates who breach the above shall be immediately banned whether temporary or permanently and removed, forcibly, if from the conference and held pending the arrival of the Singapore Police Force.
- Will I be able to store my luggage at the conference site?
Unfortunately, there will be no luggage storage facilities available at the conference site. Luggage is also not allowed into the conference hall. - Where can I store my luggage since it’s not allowed at the conference?
Luggage storage facilities are available at every terminal at the Singapore Changi Airport (one MRT/ subway stop away). The IDMC conference has been an annual event, organized and subsidized fully by Covenant Evangelical Free Church, and all these years, the conference is non-profit making. Safety and Behaviour
- At the point of entry and whilst inside the conference, delegates are required to:
- comply with the directions or announcements from IDMC Conference 2024 organising team & volunteers and any other requirements relating to access, order, behaviour and safety given by the organising team & volunteers;
- maintain safe, prudent and respectful behaviour at all times;
- be responsible for personal items. IDMC Conference 2024 organising team & volunteers will not be responsible for any damage to, loss or theft of a delegate’s personal property;
- keep escape routes and corridors, landings and stairwells clear of obstruction caused by a delegate’s personal property, or any equipment brought to the conference
- Delegates attending the IDMC Conference 2024 do so at their own risk and assume all risk and liability for personal injury or death including that of any children under their care associated with attending IDMC Conference 2024
- IDMC Conference 2024 organising team & volunteers shall bear no liability for any personal injuries, health problems or death sustained at or after IDMC Conference 2024, including directly or indirectly resulting from any existing medical condition
Restricted / Prohibited Items
- The following restricted/prohibited items are not permitted into the conference:
- weapons, or resemblance of weapons, including but not limited to knives, firearms, blunt offensive objects/batons and those with sharp ends;
- fireworks/flares;
- laser pointers;
- illegal substances including vapes, controlled, dangerous or illicit drugs;
- glassware or glass bottles;
- cans or spray cans;
- alcohol;
- bicycles, skateboards, skates and scooters;
- helmets of any types;
- chairs/stools;
- animals (other than trained assistance dogs);
- musical instruments and noise makers including but not limited to drums, whistles, vuvuzelas, air horns and loud hailers, without the prior written consent of IDMCC24 organising team & volunteers;
- projectile items which are reasonably considered by IDMCC24 organising team & volunteers as being able to cause injury, nuisance or offence to another person including balls, frisbees, rackets or similar objects;
- banners or flags;
- LED and fan boards;
- flag poles;
- helium balloons or other inflatables;
- glow/light sticks longer than 40cm;
- remote control cars, drones or unmanned aerial vehicles; and
- other items as determined by IDMCC24 organising team & volunteers that may cause injury or public nuisance.
Photographs, Images and Recording
- Flash photography is restricted
- Non-commercial photography is permitted at the conference provided that the photographs are for personal use
- Video and audio recording devices including but not limited to camcorders and action cameras are prohibited. Tapes, films or other recordings may be destroyed. Recordings of IDMCC24 will be available for sale a few days after the conference
- The use of any recording, data or image taken within the conference without IDMC Conference 2024 organising team & volunteer’s consent for commercial gain, public advertisement, display or any other purpose, except for private non-commercial purpose, is prohibited
- Any person who makes, reproduces or uses any recording, data or image for use shall assign in writing all copyright and intellectual property rights to IDMC Conference 2024 organising team & volunteers or its assignees
- Equipment including but not limited to CCTV, film cameras and sound recording are present at the conference. By entering the conference and/or attending IDMC Conference 2024, delegates consent to being filmed and recorded and for IDMC Conference 2024 organising team & volunteers and any assignees to use the delegates’ image, likeness and any sound recording for any media or other purposes including public transmission, advertising or promotional purposes, without payment or claim to copyright or intellectual property rights
- Delegates consent to footage being shared with Singapore Police Force and authorities where necessary
General Conditions
- The conference is non-smoking
- Umbrellas are permitted into the conference but should not be raised up for the comfort of others
- Due to safety reasons, strollers are not permitted into IDMC Conference 2024 premises. Strollers found would be removed immediately with no obligation on the part of the organiser to answer for its whereabouts
- No refund will be made under any circumstances, except at organiser’s discretion if IDMC Conference 2024 is postponed or cancelled
Miscellaneous
- IDMC Conference 2024 organising team & volunteers may hold liable for prosecution any person who breaches any of the above
- Please note IDMC Conference 2024 organising team & volunteers reserve the right to alter the above without notice
