Rev Edmund Chan

Rev Edmund Chan has a twin passion in ministry — expository preaching and leadership mentoring. His insightful biblical teachings have made him a sought-after speaker in major cities in Asia, UK, USA, Canada, Latin America, Australia, New Zealand, Europe and Russia; often with invitations three to five years ahead.

Having served as the Senior Pastor of Covenant Evangelical Free Church (CEFC) for 25 years, Ps Ed implemented a leadership-succession plan and transited in his leadership role in January 2012. He now serves as the Leadership Mentor of CEFC and the Founder of Global Alliance of Intentional Disciple Making Churches (Global Alliance IDMC). He continues to mentor top-level leaders within Singapore and internationally. These include CEOs, marketplace leaders, senior pastors and denominational leaders, theological educators as well as national and regional directors of para-church and missions organisations.

Ps Ed has written several books, including Growing Deep in God, Mentoring Paradigms, Growing Deep In Faith, Cultivating Your Inner Life, A Certain Kind, and Radical Discipleship.

Pastor Ed is married to Ann and they have two lovely adopted daughters, Amanda and Belicia. In his home, “adopted means loved!”.

Rev Dr Peter Tan-Chi

Dr. Peter Tan-Chi is the Senior Pastor and Founder of Christ’s Commission Fellowship (CCF). CCF is a movement that focuses on discipling and mobilizing people to be salt and light and make them all that God wants them to be. Today, CCF has grown to over 100,000 members in the Philippines alone. CCF has satellite churches and small groups in other parts of the world including North America, Australia, the Middle East, and Asia.  

Pastor Peter currently serves as the Chairman of the Philippine Council of Evangelical Churches (PCEC). PCEC is the largest network of Evangelical denominations, local churches, and Christian missions organization in the Philippines, with 55,000 member churches. 

Pastor Peter is also a successful businessman and entrepreneur. He is the Founder and Chairman of Axeia Development Corporation, one of the pioneer and leading mass housing and subdivision developers in the Philippines. He is involved in other businesses, such as construction, residential and commercial real estate development, and education.  

Pastor Peter is passionate about the importance of healthy leaders and discipleship at home and in the workplace. He regularly speaks at seminars in different parts of the world on topics including marriage, parenting, leadership at work and growing healthy churches. 

With his passion for the family, he and his wife co-authored the book, “Motivate! 8 Secrets of Successful Parenting”. 

Joyfully married to Deonna for 50 years, they have been blessed with five children who are all happily married and serving the Lord. As of the latest count, they have twenty two charming grandchildren. 

Rev Tony Yeo

Reverend Tony Yeo is the Senior Pastor of Covenant Evangelical Free Church. His passion for leadership development through disciplemaking and mentoring is witnessed in the 31 years of his faithful leadership within the church.

Pastor Tony served as the youngest General Secretary of the Evangelical Fellowship of Singapore (EFOS) from 2006 to 2019. He has also been serving as the Executive Secretary of the Global Day of Prayer in Singapore since 2008, which culminated at the Jubilee Day of Prayer in 2015. He also served as the Executive Secretary of the Celebration of Hope in 2019.  He is currently the Chairman of the Evangelical Free Church of Singapore (EFCS) and Evangelical Free Church All Asia (Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Hong Kong and Japan). He is also an executive committee member of the National Council of Churches of Singapore (NCCS).

Pastor Tony graduated from Singapore Bible College with a Bachelor of Theology with Honours and holds a post-graduate Diploma in Spiritual Formation from Tyndale Seminary, Toronto. He authored “Leading Beyond the Second Chair – A Certain Kind of Leadership” in 2012. He is married to Choy Mei. They have two sons, Noah and Timothy who is married to Elle.

Rev Tan Kay Kiong

Reverend Tan Kay Kiong is the Senior Pastor of Covenant Evangelical Free Church. He is a Shepherd-Leader at heart who loves to see people discover their full potential in God.

Pastor Kay Kiong was installed as a pastor at Covenant EFC upon graduation from Singapore Bible College in 1993. Shortly after, Pastor Kay Kiong went on to oversee the Family Life Ministry, where he developed his life’s calling. He currently serves as the pastoral advisor for the Men’s Ministry Network in Singapore and served as the first Chaplain for Focus on the Family Singapore from 2015-2017.

Pastor Kay Kiong and his wife, Diana, enjoy leading mentoring groups within and outside Covenant EFC. They have two beautiful young adult daughters, Hilda and Hazel.

Rev Matthew Lo

Matthew Lo originated from Australia. He relocated to Singapore in 1994 employed at Beyond Social Services as a social worker and head of children services until the end of 2001. On 1 January 2002, he joined Covenant EFC as a fulltime ministry staff in Youth Ministry. In 2007, he made a mission trip to Timor-Leste and in the years which have followed, his passion for Global Mission grew, and his focus was on inspiring and training young people to be involved in mission. Currently he serves on the pastoral team at Covenant EFC, is the Director Of The Worship Ministry, and is the Centre Overseer for Covenant’s East centre. He is married to Rebecca, and they have an adult son, Chris. He also loves hiking, running, and team sports. 

Ps Edric Sng

Edric Sng is passionate about digital discipleship and outreach to a digital generation. He’s the founder and Editor of Saltandlight.sg and Thir.st – as well as the evangelistic websites StoriesofHope.sg and 还好吗 hhm.sg.   

He previously built and ran the digital newsrooms at Mediacorp’s Channel NewsAsia and the TODAY newspaper, and was also the editor of a scuba diving magazine.  

Edric currently serves as an Elder and Deputy Senior Pastor at Bethesda Bedok Tampines Church. He is a father to five, and a husband to one. 

Ps Leow Wen Pin

Ps Leow Wen Pin is the Founder of the Koinonia Inclusion Network (KIN), a mission organisation that enables churches to include and disciple people with special needs. For over a decade, Wen Pin has advocated for persons with special needs in both secular and religious sectors, and is the author of several books on disability-inclusion for churches. He also serves as Catalyst for Disability Concerns in the Lausanne Movement, working to champion and mobilise for disability missions worldwide. You can find out more about him atleowwenpin.com.
